We would love to welcome you to your new home at R7 Lofts. The following are the eligibility guidelines for renting at R7 Lofts.

Our criteria for acceptance includes:

1. Income is 300% of monthly rent.
2. Credit score above 600. In the event a renter has a credit score less than 600, it may be possible to qualify with increased deposit and/or co-signer; contact the management office for details.
3. No evictions and verifiable, satisfactory rental history.
4. Satisfactory criminal background check. No felonies or gross misdemeanors.
5. Employment and income verified via 3rd party income verification.
6. Identity verification and no false information on application.
